- Diesel Mechanic – 2 positions available
- Auto Electrician – 2 positions available
- Boilermaker – 1 position available
The programme is primarily aimed at candidates residing in South Africa, with preference given to applicants from the Bronkhorstspruit area (near Pretoria), where the Khanye Colliery is located.
Through this learnership, participants will receive structured theoretical learning, hands-on practical training, and exposure to real work environments. Upon completion, learners will have developed the essential skills and knowledge required in their chosen trades.

Minimum Entry Requirements
To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen with a valid identity document
- Must have successfully completed Matric with Mathematics and Science
- Must possess a completed N2 Certificate in one of the relevant trades (Diesel Mechanic, Auto Electrician, or Boilermaker)
- Must be medically fit for duty (as per occupational health standards)

Note: Preference will be given to candidates who reside in or around the Bronkhorstspruit area to support local community development.
