REQUIREMENTS :
Grade 3–9 or ABET Level 1 – four Special necessities (skills needed): Knowledge of a
limited vary of work tactics such as planning and organizing, tools use,
training, meals preparation, etc.

DUTIES : Rendering help to the Chefs in the executing of functions. Obtain all necessary
information wart catered functions, lodging and assets that may additionally be required.
Ensure that tables are laid up to the required general or in accordance to kind of the
function. Ensure that private hygiene is of the perfect standard.
Ensure that the food preparations is finished below the absolute best hygienic condition. The meals need to be tastefully prepared and now not over-cooked. Ensure that all ingredients are timeously prepared. Ensure that the look of the ingredients is of the perfect standard.
Ensure that the meals is
neatly and attractively displayed e.g. at some stage in functions, Buffet meals. Ensure that
equipment is now not eliminated except the Guesthouse supervisor permission and signature.
Report any losses, damages or defects right now to the Guesthouse supervisor so that
speedy repairs or viable replacements can take place.
