REQUIREMENTS : Applicants ought to be in possession of an Adult Basic Education and Training
(ABET) qualification. Job associated skills: Organising skills. Communication skills
(verbal and written). Interpersonal skills. A dependable and innovative character who
is organized to work beneath strain and as phase of a team.
DUTIES : Cleaning of grounds and environment of National Office Buildings. Clean
roads and perimeter wall in the premises. Cut and trim edges of flower beds,
lawn and trees. Collection of workplace refuses from series factors to municipal
skip bin (waste bin).
Collection of backyard refuse from backyard to municipal
landfill. Maintenance of gardens. Loosen the soil for water flow. Plant flowers,
trees and seeds when required. Remove shrubs of useless flora and leaves.
Apply fertilizers and pesticides to plant life as and when required.

Prune shrubs and trees. Irrigation of flowers and trees. Water the plants. Management of
working tools. Ensure applicable protection of equipment and equipment (cleaning
and making sure that equipment are operational). Proper secure maintaining of tools.
