DUTIES : Perform messenger functions. Sort and prepare correspondences in the
registry. Collect, distribute and circulate correspondences (mail, parcels,
documents and files). Record and manage correspondences register. Sort mail,
files, archives and parcels. Ensure that gadgets to gather are sealed and
addressed. Collect mail, files, files and parcels from addressor.
Deliver mail, files, files and parcels to addressees. Ensure that recipients sign
on the transport e book / register. Record contents and bodily addresses in the
delivery e book / register. Perform normal workplace assistant tasks. Make copies,
fax and shred documents.
